QuestionI was pregnant 6 weeks 5 days on 30th Jan,2013 I took 4 tablets of ST MOM 200 mcg ( Total 800 Mcg ), after having these pills I took 5 hours 50 mintues when I had 1st realease of some fresh blood and A clot which looks like 6 weeks embriyo, than I had 2nd time after 3.5 hours a huge clot with some blood than while sleeping I had bleed in the intervals on 15 to 20 minutes than next morning I had some more realease with small clots very small one like a finger tip, after that its 4 days past and I did'nt have started my regular periods but in last couple days I feel some brownish blood drops coming out in parallel breaks.
Now my question is that my abortion has been successfully done or not ? How much time it will take to terminate completely ? When I should re do the home pregnancy test to confirm is negative ?
and in last one more thing that I was not suffering from any cramps or pain everything is now normal, so I dont with it and be relax or need some worries still left ?

It doesn't sound like you are still pregnant. However, the lack of cramps concerns me because the uterus SHOULD be contracting so that you don't bleed too much. You should be prepared for unexpected heavy bleeding. There is a chance you would have miscarried anyway. In such a case, it's too bad you put your body at risk medically. When you said the clot looks like a 6 weeks embryo, did you actually see an embryo, or just a clot?
You won't be completely done with this for weeks. That's how long it takes the body to restore the delicate balance of a woman's hormones. Eat some food with red hot peppers in it, daily, until the bleeding has stopped completely. You can test any time, but you probably won't see a negative test for several weeks. If you test at weekly intervals, you can see if the test results are growing weaker. This won't be any guarantee you won't have any material left. You were close to the time when the pills stop working. They don't work reliably that late.
If this was your first pregnancy, you should also take Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 for the rest of your life, to help protect yourself from breast cancer. 5000IU of Vitamin D3 is about right. There are other consequences, but there is no easy treatment for them. When you do get pregnant again, you will need to have prenatal care and tell the doctor you had a pill abortion. He may need to do a procedure to protect your baby. Pill abortions can harm a woman's future children.
