Under-Eye Patches & Wrinkles: Safe Use & Long-Term Effects

Question
Hello, I have been using Dermagen under eye patches at night for wrinkles. They have been working in the short term, but I can't help but wonder if in the long run they could do damage.  The reason being is that when I take them off, they tend to pull and stretch the skin under my eyes. I have heard that if you don't put in your contact lenses correctly this could cause wrinkles, so I wonder about the eye patches as well. Do you know?

Answer
Hello Soni,

Please excuse the delay in my response, I've been trying to find the exact ingredient list of the product you mentioned, and as usual it's been very hard to find. So hard in fact that I haven't... If you could give me the full ingredient list (it should be on the package), I'd be able to give you a definite answer about the long term effect of this product.

In the meantime, I can tell you that pulling and stretching the very delicate skin under your eyes is counter-productive if you're trying to prevent aging and the appearance of wrinkles, so I'd recommend you don't use this product everyday if you still want to use it or maybe you could use it only for a few hours, not letting it dry or stick too much to your skin.

Putting your contact lenses incorrectly can cause wrinkles only because we all frown in such case, which cause expression wrinkles.

I hope you find this answer helpful.
Have a beautiful day,
Take good care
