Persistent Nose Pimples: Causes, Treatments & Solutions

Pls over 5 years, I have this pimples on my nose, and its not disappearing. Pls what do I do ?

I recommend using Olay Blackhead Clearing Scrub. It contains salicylic acid acne treatment and exfoliates and cleanses skin to eliminate most blackheads as well as helps eliminate acne. It's a deep pore cleanser so it eliminates the excess oil that leads to blackheads and pimples.  

You can find this at any big box or drug store.

Another basic tip....try to avoid touching your face as it transfers bacteria to your skin which also exacerbates blackhead breakouts.
