I think what cures my Summer Blues the most once the fall chill starts to sink in is the fact that I get to prance around in all my cute boots. When the slouchy boot came back last season it took me a second to warm up to it but this year I am READY, and I found a pair that I can’t get enough of…comfy, the color is on point, and they are a great price for something that looks and feels so high quality.
I styled these little bad boys two different ways so you can see just how versatile this trend can be…basically,

This Look is BASIC with little EXTRA touches…kinda sorta western vibes with hints of all the classics that make this look versatile and wearable!
I wore these boots this weekend all over Aspen the first day we got there and I was SO comfy!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the bold statement a maxi skirt paired with high boots make! Because let’s face it, you don’t want your only fall outfit to be jeans- it’s so nice to sometimes get to dress up a fall look or just be a touch comfier in something flowy like a maxi!
I thought the slit in this maxi really helped with not cutting me off weird- because as the shorty that I am, it happens easy! So I think if you are worried about styling a longer skirt with high boots opt for something that has a slit and also a lighter color helps as well!
I really think that these boots were my medicine for how bad I was already missing Summer…
Plus I feel like this color could be worn into spring with dresses too!
