Have you been trying out some nail art of late? With so many patterns and styles to choose from, there is a ton of designs that you can select when it comes to decorating your nails. You may have sported various looks that have been pink based and girly and feminine, so now it is time to try out something different, something unique.
The nail art we are going to share here today is quite a different and bold look from what girls generally wear. But once you have them on your nails, you can be assured of finding some really cool compliments, as the design is a very in-your-face and bold look.
This is an easy and simple tigress nail art tutorial and looks awesome, especially on younger girls. It goes great with almost any western outfit and can even be worn with some Indian dresses, if you take care to match or contrast the colours accordingly. If you don’t have the animal plate from Konad that is used in this tutorial, you can still create these looks.
The following tutorial is a free hand animal print with a pastel twist.
Before you begin, make sure you keep your nails completely clean. There should be no trace of your previous nail paint on the nails.
Once you have completely cleaned up the nails, paint them with a white base coat.
Now, in a diagonal motion, paint the different colors of your choice. Make sure you do this one by one, using the nail polish brush of each individual colour. This is a regular nail painting method and requires no special nail art brush.
Now take a little of the black color in a palette and draw a few non-uniform lines. Create some other plain horizontal “Y” shapes, some from the right and some from the left.
Finish off with a transparent top coat and you’re done!
On a closer look the lines may look a little non-uniform and awkward, but at a regular distance they will simply look ravishing. These nails are perfect to go with any multi colored dress or even an animal print dress. We hope you found this nail art tutorial very easy to create. Do let us know what colours you tried this in!
