Lady gaga got her face painted on nails. Even you can get this look by resizing your pic and printing it on water slide paper and use those pics as water decals. If you have very good hand in free hand painting then you can free hand your face on your nail.

She always tries to come up with unique and very innovative designs. She alternated green and red velvet nail tips and used jump rings (to make and connect jewelry pieces) decorated with different sizes of red and silver rhinestones to get these gorgeous nail art.
