By applying moisturizer on our body and face, at least, one time a day or we can use it before sleeping and wash it with warm water in the morning.
Taking a shower under warm water can make the skin soft. Use a body moisturizing body lotion after bath.
Use of healthy oils in food such as olive oil, nuts etc are very good for skin.
