Stage 2:

Stage 3:

Stage 4:

Stage 5:

The second last stage allows 1500 calories per day. Here, you can have one Cambridge diet product per day, but you can have a calorie controlled regular meal of breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. This is another sustainable step.

Stage 6:

The final step can be followed for how-ever long you want. By this stage, you should have reached your desired weight. Now you can start having a balanced diet. So, you just need to maintain the weight that the Cambridge diet weight loss has helped you attain.
