The CleanView Deluxe combines many of the features found in premium bagless vacuums (HEPA filtration, 12 amps) with half the price of the other highly rated models. The CleanView Deluxe boasts a 13.5" cleaning range and two rotating brushes. At 16 pounds, the Bissell budget model is not as light as the highest rated bagless vacuums but comes with a full compliment of attachments.
