Effective Back Pain Relief: Causes, Prevention & Treatments

View Photos Body pain earlier was restricted to old age but now it has become a common problem even among youngsters, thanks to the work pressure and faulty lifestyle. Back pain among youngsters is usually caused by muscle sprain, tired and weak muscles, or due to excessive pressure on them. In old age the reasons extend to being bone damage, bone structure disorder etc. The main cause of back bone disorder is faulty posture and lack of workout. It is often ignored or treated by swallowing a pain killer. This does not treat the matter rather make it worse. Thus, here are few remedies for constant back pain -

1.Poppy seeds works wonders as remedy of back pain. Crush some poppy seeds and consume it with hot milk everyday after dinner.

2.Boil ten basil leaves in a cup of water till the water comes to half of it's quantity. Add salt to the solution and rink it twice a day. This remedy for back pain cures the pain as well as the cause.

3.Mix one gram of cinnamon powder with one spoon of honey and take it twice a day for quick cure.

4.Go for a body massage with mustard oil. Mustard oil has the properties to loosen the strained muscles and relax them, thus reducing the pain.

5.Mix a bit of salt in eucalyptus oil and massage well with it. This is also a good remedy for back pain

6.Boil few ginger pieces in water for 15 minutes. Then mix some honey into it and drink it twice a day. Regular intake will reduce the pain optimally.

7.Do some stretching exercises twice a day and also during office hours. This will prevent the muscles from getting strained.

These remedies for back pain should be followed everyday for quick cure. As mentioned earlier, the cause of the pain basically is lack of exercise, which happens due to work pressure. Doctors, however, prefer yoga for back pain better than going to gym.
