Knee-to-Chest Stretch: Muscles Targeted & Benefits

The knee to chest stretch primarily targets these three muscle groups:

* Glutes (Gluteus Maximus, Medius, and Minimus): These muscles in the buttocks are stretched as the hip is flexed.
