The silky-smooth Womanizer Premium 2 features 14 different intensity levels, but that's not even the best part: This clit suction vibrator also has an Autopilot feature, which allows the toy to automatically change intensities while you're using it so you'll never get bored. Our WH tester was “impressed” by this setting, and says they’ve “never had a toy that did that before,” making this baby as unique as it gets. (However, this feature is totally optional, so you can also manually change the intensity when Autopilot is off.)
What’s more, this toy is extremely easy to use and intuitive in its nature. “Your grandma could use this vibrator and figure out how to work it,” our reviewer says, adding that they loved how it instantly went quiet when it wasn’t in contact with their skin, making it super discreet. (Shoutout to its Smart Silence technology!)
All in all, “this is definitely a great go-to regular vibrator,” the tester says, especially if you’re looking to replace an old, trusty vibe, or give a gift to a friend or sister. It’s especially ideal for those who are into more traditional vibrators, they add, and it feels luxurious to use.

This TikTok-famous rose vibrator is all about delivering targeted pleasure straight to your clitoris with its sucking abilities. Featuring 10 modes, a waterproof build, and pretty pink silicone design, this vibe is the total package. Our tester raved about the toy's “pleasure air technology” that felt like expert-level licking that teases and tantalizes. “The air creates a targeted, pin-pointed sensation on the external portion of the clitoris,” Lisa Finn, a sex educator and marketing director for Babeland based in Brooklyn, previously told Women's Health.
You can also use this toy on your nipples and other erogenous areas—basically anywhere you'd like someone’s mouth to be focused on pleasing Y-O-U. “This neat little toy delivers oral sex on demand,” our tester says. “Personally, I think it feels like receiving cunnilingus from the person who freaking invented it."
This toy is perfect for both beginners and those more experienced with sex toys, our reviewer adds, because of its intuitive design and affordable price point. The Rose has just two buttons: A power button and another one that controls its 10 (!) intensity levels. Plus, it’s totally waterproof, making it a great addition to shower or bath time, and can easily be used during penetrative play, since it’s designed for external use, the tester says.
What Queen loves about this vibe is that it fits perfectly in your palm, making it comfortable to hold. "Some of these other toys are a little bit larger, and that may make them easier or harder to use," she says. But with this one, "you can just nestle it up against the clitoris," she explains. "A lot of people like the sensation of being able to hold that in their hand in that way."

This luxe sex toy is truly next-level. While it offers dual stimulation—a.k.a., stimulation in the clitoris and G-spot—it actually uses three motors. The first motor provides internal stimulation, the second offers vibrations, and the third pulses, so yeah, you might say this vibrator is a triple threat, or should I say treat? After all, the WH editor who tested this bad boy calls it “the best vibrator I've ever used.”
Here's how the magic happens: The Enigma Wave features a rotating internal arm that moves in a circular finger-like motion to stimulate the G-spot—with eight intensity settings—once it's inside the vagina. Meanwhile, the external arm uses sonic waves for a pulsing feeling, offering smooth but fast clitoral stimulation.
Because the internal arm is pretty large, this is a great toy for those who are more experienced and enjoy feeling a larger girth inside them, says Queen. Our tester adds that you’ll probably need lube to get the G-spot stimulator inside you, but it’s totally worth it.
As for the results? This vibrator enabled the tester to orgasm quickly without being *too* intense, like some other vibrators they've previously needed to take quick breaks from before reaching climax. “I loved the patterns and how the G-spot stimulator vibrates at different speeds,” they say. “The clitoral stimulation was also amazing. It definitely felt luxurious to hold and use, and both types of stimulation at the same time really did it for me!”

This clever ring comes with a roving ball built inside of it (covered with a thin piece of body-safe silicone) to imitate what a licking tongue feels like. A WH editor who tested this vibrator absolutely loves it, saying “it's unlike any oral sex toy I've tried before”—and they’ve tried a lot of suction vibrators. However, those toys “don't feel like an actual tongue in the way this vibrator does,” they explain.
This waterproof vibe is easy to hold, our tester adds, with the hole in the middle that can be used as a finger handle. And since the power button is right in the middle of the two intensity buttons (increasing and decreasing the vibe’s power), it instantly fires up with a single click. And the way it moves feels super realistic because it's constantly rotating in different movement patterns instead of just up and down or side to side, thanks to its PreMotion technology.
Plus, it’s plenty powerful on the lowest setting, according to our reviewer, who says if you keep it on that setting for an hour or so, you will likely “have the most luxurious, long-lasting orgasm ever.” (Sounds intriguing, no?) That’s why they recommend using a “slow and steady wins the race” approach to the Ora 3, because the lower speeds feel more like realistic licking compared to the higher speeds.
And experts agree: "The Ora 3 from Lelo is a terrific toy because it gives you the kind of movement that a tongue tip moving around [during] cunnilingus would give," Queen says. "This round design means that you can put it around your finger and hold it securely where you want it to be." One word of advice, though: Keep some lube on-hand—it'll feel even more realistic that way, she adds.
Our tester recommends trying this toy if you’re a single person who loves the feeling of oral sex, since it “delivers that in a pretty realistic way,” they say. “Chances are, this toy will give you a much more satisfying feeling of oral sex than a random hookup.”

Like a lot of the fan favorites on this list, the Lelo Sona 3 Cruise uses sonic waves to mimic the feel of oral sex, but it does so much more than that. “This is my favorite clit suction vibrator, hands down,” says a WH editor who's tested a ton of these toys. Why? Well, what sets it apart is its Cruise Control feature, which can sense when you press it up harder against your body. As you do so, the waves will penetrate even deeper into your clitoral tissue—just like the tongue of an eager lover (wink). “When you get close to climax or press the toy harder against your body, it feels like the vibrations are automatically speeding up—it's great and extremely effective,” our tester says.
While some clit suction toys are *too* intense, and others aren’t intense enough, this vibe is their Goldilocks: “The Sona's vibrations are unmatched,” they say. The lighter settings really deliver if you’re looking for a slow, sensual experience, and the more intense modes are v powerful. (Like, seriously—they say that sometimes the Sona makes them come *too* quickly!)
Hall also loves that this toy is easy to hold. Plus, "it's a little bit more gentle than the other ones—it's not an intense sucking-all-the-time sensation," she says. "It's very intuitive, easy to control, and overall, a good quality product."
While the Sona 3 Cruise is our editor’s favorite overall vibrator, they especially love it for solo sex and travel since it’s compact and small. And while it’s a bit harder to use during sex because you really have to hold it in place the entire time, it still does the trick. “I’ve definitely used this before with/in front of a partner and had a great time,” they say. “You can also have your partner hold it in place for you, which can be super hot.”

Listen, your downstairs area deserves only the best. All of Dame's toys are made with the highest quality waterproof medical-grade silicone, so you know you can trust this pick. The Aer vibrator's body-safe material also provides a super soft seal on its suction tip that wraps around the clit to send out gentle air pulses, delivering consistent orgasms.
The WH editor who tested this vibe says it’s easy to use, probably because of the curved shape, which makes it ergonomic. Queen also loves the Aer because it's tiny, yet still packs a punch. "It's not a very large toy, and it's got many intensity levels and pattern modes," she says. Five intensity levels and five pattern modes, to be exact!
“It's a great beginner toy for folks who want to try suction/air pulse toys, but don't know where to start,” our tester says of the waterproof vibe. Plus, “it has a larger mouth than many toys that are similar, which is a plus in terms of inclusion of different body types,” they add.
Another plus? Dame products consistently deliver a gorgeous aesthetic—a rarity when it comes to some vibes. “I feel like so many sex toys for women are just various shades of bright pink, but the colors of this toy cater more to my style, which plays a big role in how I feel while using it,” our reviewer says.

Lelo's Sila Cruise is a master at sucking your clitoris, and reviewers say it can be used on a variety of clit sizes given its wider mouth. While our WH tester wasn’t sure they’d like that aspect at first—as a loyal fan of Lelo’s Sona 3 Cruise, which has a smaller mouth—they ended up really enjoying this part of the Sila. “I’ve found that some clitoral suction vibrators feel a little too intense and too fast (because you have to press them pretty directly against your clit), but the Sila's shape and wider mouth made it easy to start slow and then gradually increase the pressure/speed,” they say.
It's also more silent than some of Lelo’s other toys, but that's not to say it isn't powerful: This little toy features eight speeds and intensity settings, from soft and gentle to deep and rumbly. And while it didn’t feel super intuitive to use at first, once the tester found out the best way to hold it, they had a great time, and found it easy to switch between different modes. Plus, its run time lasts two hours, getting you through one or (hopefully) more sexy time sessions.
And as for the design? The Sila earns an A-plus in that department as well. “It's also very compact and very beautiful, aesthetically speaking,” our reviewer says. “Like all of Lelo's toys, it definitely feels luxurious to hold and use.”
All in all, our tester loves this toy and fully recommends it. “I'll definitely be adding this one into my rotation,” they say. Chances are, if you’re already a fan of the Sona 3 Cruise like them, you’ll enjoy the Sila Cruise, too.

If you love the feeling of oral sex and G-spot stimulation, this high-tech massager gives you the best of both worlds: Pulsating air pressure right against your G-spot. Not in the mood for penetration? This toy works on your clit, too. It's basically multiple vibrators in one.
Plus, it’s got all the bells and whistles you'd expect from this top toy brand. The OG features fancy technology that makes it turn on (and off) as soon as it's pressed against your body. “I've never used a toy that worked just by touching my body before, so that was a very pleasant surprise and sensation,” our tester says. Talk about a vibrator that’s easy to use: “You don't have to hold down, or play with the buttons too often—except to change speeds and intensity which was super nice,” they add.
If you were wondering whether you can use it with a partner, the answer is: Absolutely. Since you don’t have to fumble around and adjust the buttons while using it, it’s easy to implement. “It was a really sexy addition to our night,” the reviewer says, adding that it’s “incredibly sexy during solo or partnered play.”
As if all that weren't enough, this vibrator is also quiet, waterproof, and comes with clear instructions and a nice storage bag, our WH editor says. “This is totally a contender for my top vibrator,” they conclude.

The Satisfyer Pro 2 features air-pulse technology that uses waves of air pressure to mimic the sensations of someone going down on you, including blowing and sucking on your clit. (And it does it all without needing to actually touch you!) One WH editor loves this toy for that unique feature alone, while also noting how comfortable it was to hold due to its small size—similar to a bullet vibrator—and handle. "It was a great switch-up from a bullet, and the added air pressure might just put it in my top spot for toys,” our tester says, adding that they’re *definitely* adding this toy into their usual vibrator rotation.
The editor also enjoyed controlling the toy's vibrations through the Satisfyer Connect app, which includes built-in audio erotica and set vibration patterns lasting five to 10 minutes. “With the app, it was extremely easy [to use], and you can even adjust the vibration and air pulse individually,” they say. “All vibrators should have this." As if that wasn’t enough, this toy also works great in the shower, according to our tester. Plus, because someone else can control the patterns through the app, it could be fun for long-distance relationships, they add.
Oh, and btw, this vibe is expert-approved to boot. The Satisfyer Pro 2 was the first toy Hall was introduced to when she started researching oral sex toys, so naturally, she's a fan—especially because of its handle. "You can put it down there, you can position it, and it's easier to hold," she says. "It makes it more accessible for people."

If you’re looking for an oral sex toy you can be proud to keep on your nightstand, rather than stashed inside, you’ve found it. But the glass charging station isn’t just beautiful, it’s also just plain functional. “I’ve had so many vibrators either fall off my nightstand while charging, or I’ve had to plug them in while they awkwardly stick out of my nightstand drawer, so I love that this toy comes with a gorgeous, convenient solution to that age-old problem,” WH’s tester says. “And the vibe itself is well-designed, too.” She loves how small the LBDO Rush is compared to other oral sex toys, like the Womanizer Premium 2 or Satisfyer Pro 2. “It fit perfectly in the palm of my hand, and the ergonomic shape was comfortable and easy to hold,” our reviewer says. “That also makes it more discreet to keep on my nightstand.”
As for the clit-sucking features, our tester likes the ample amount of air-pulse stimulation modes (3 speeds, 6 patterns), but recommends familiarizing yourself with how each pattern feels against your fingertip before putting the toy on your vulva. “I appreciate the simplicity of just having a single button to use this toy, but it does limit your ability to switch back and forth between different stimulation modes,” she says. “You have to cycle through all 9 modes before getting back to the first one, which is kind of annoying. I like playing around with different sensations, and if I stumble upon a vibration mode I like, and then one I don’t, it’s really nice to be able to switch right back to that original mode.” This feature wasn’t a dealbreaker for our tester, but they noted that it was something that could be distracting, and even frustrating, during an otherwise pleasurable experience.
That said, she was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stimulation options. “I’m normally not a patterns person, but I really liked the ones this vibe had to offer. The second and third ones really hit my sweet spot and had me orgasming in less than a minute,” our tester says. “If you want to take your time, the first setting is surprisingly powerful without being overwhelming. You can stay at that level for several minutes, just reveling in the sensation.”

"Small but mighty" perfectly describes this travel-friendly oral sex toy. At 2.79 by 3.03 inches, it's the tiniest vibrator on our list, but it can still pack a pleasurable punch with seven suction intensities. “I've tried a lot of bigger clit suction vibrators, and the Biird Lumii delivered just as strong and satisfying sensations as those toys. I also loved the size of the suction mouth—it fit my clit perfectly,” our reviewer says. “I couldn't believe how powerful the suction intensity got, while still staying super quiet.” Plus, they even used the toy during penetrative sex with their partner and, thanks to its compact size, it was a seamless addition to sexy time.
Our tester also calls the Lumii “the perfect discreet vibrator” because it comes with a cute travel case (that's sturdier than the typical sex toy storage pouch) and has a "Travel Mode" to ensure it doesn't start vibrating in the middle of TSA. “This is now my go-to vacation vibrator because it barely takes up any space in my bag,” they say.
Because this vibrator is smaller than other toys on this list, it does feature fewer vibration levels and doesn't have any patterned modes. “I was able to orgasm easily with this toy's intensity levels, but other people may want more options, especially if they like playing with different patterns,” our reviewer says. Still, they like how easy it is to increase intensity using the Lumii's single button, as well as how comfortable it felt in their hand to hold.

How to take care of your oral sex toys
Most sex toys, but especially ones made of silicone, are easy to clean, Queen says. All you need to do is wash it with mild soap and warm water after each use, and your toy should be ready to go for next time. (FYI: You may want to avoid antibacterial cleansers, because they can contain triclosan, which can be more harmful than helpful to your sensitive downstairs area, adds Queen.) Make sure your toy is fully dry before you store it away in a drawer, the case it came in, or the bag it came with.
