In other words, holding herself to the highest standard. Now I’m not saying you sit in front of the couch with comfort food, that was purely for illustration purposes.
But I am saying that we need to know just as much about how to add value to a man as we do about how to take value.

To own and keep that truly masculine kind of man who all women want to be with is really not easy, but once you ‘get’ the concept of value, it’s not too hard either.
The good news is though, that once you start practicing the techniques that I will be showing you, it can become a habit, and it will get easier and easier.
Then before you know it, you’ll be the envy of every woman.
So, what about some small action steps?
Here are some of the exercises I want you to do in order to build your value as a woman.

Then, to the woman, you could ask the same thing, expect of course, replacing the ‘her’ with ‘him’.
Please do note though, that you might very well get more out of the woman than the man in many cases, because men aren’t always very good at articulating their heart’s desires.
Why?
Because men usually have no clue what they want consciously, as they respond to how a woman shows up. So they make their decisions about devoting themselves to the woman based on how she makes them feel.
If you find a man who can articulate why he loves his woman so much, and what made him devote himself to her, then consider that a win!
So, go on, do your own case study or two. It is fun and intriguing, and might very well inspire you to model more of the traits in the woman you speak to.
