Fathers and daughters share a very close and loving relationship. For most girls, their fathers are their hero and their superhero. Their fathers hold a very special place in their hearts. After all, a father is the first male role model in a girl’s life. Girls always turn to their fathers in their time of need and fathers relent. A girl who shares a very close relationship with her father will often turn to him for advice and guidance and his opinions. While there’s nothing wrong with this, it often crosses a line sometimes. Some fathers just cannot see their daughters unhappy and they take it too far by treating their beloved daughter like a little princess and when you’re in a relationship with a daddy’s princess it can be a long ride. A daddy’s princess is not easy to woo or date or marry for that matter.
1. He knows everything about you. She will tell him every little thing that she can and he already knows about that little fight you had last night. He is the first person she calls after speaking to you and the gossip like teenage girls.
2. His opinion is very important to her. She holds him in high regards and your opinion weight nothing when compared to his. His opinion is all that matters.
3. She gets everything that she lays a finger on so, there’s nothing you can get her that will please her. Keeping her happy is very difficult. She can’t and won’t be pleased easily. Her father has spoiled her rotten.
4. She’s a total attention seeker. She is used to having all the attention and being treated like royalty. She likes being the center of attention and having all eyes on her. She will cross lines to grab eyeballs.
5. You can never beat her father. Don’t even try competing. He is her superhero and you can never outdo him, no matter how hard you try.
6. She thinks too highly of herself and what she deserves in life. She knows what she wants and she will do anything to get it. She cannot hear ‘no’ at all.
7. She expects you to treat her like her father and give her everything she demands. She wants to hear all the praises and compliments and she can never be wrong. Period.
8. Everything you do will be scrutinized by the father-daughter duo.
