Dear Jimmy,

As far as I know, unless there are any additives in the garlicpowder it should be gluten free. Herbs definitely are. It's grains that contain gluten - and you'ld be surprised in how many products (as thickners or flavourings) they are added - albeit in tiny amounts - which is enough to cause serious damage in some gluten-allergy cases. So read the labels carefully.
