I hope you can answer this question. I used to be fat. I mean round, like a ball. I lost it all and i think i may have a lot of muscle, but it's all covered up by a little bit of fat. Do you know what i can do to lose the little bit of fat scattered across by body?

You might want to know your exact body fat percent and if it's higher than you expected, the only way is to lose some more body fat and/or gain some muscle muss. I know it sounds simple but it's not that easy to do. I suggest that you invest in learning how to do this correctly:
