QuestionIm a freshman in college and ive gained the freshman 15 the caff food is not heatlhy and i dont have alot a free time from may class work to go to the gym... any hintson thing i can do to stay healthy and loose the freshman 15
AnswerTry not to wait till the big meals to eat. Eat small things inbetween classes. That will speed up your metabolism. What your activity level like? What everywhere if it is low. If you can get to the gym once per week than thats it, but get there it better than not.
