Healthy Weight Management for Teenagers: Advice for a Tall, Lean Build
QuestionHi! I am 14, and very tall- 5 foot, 9 or 10 inches. i weigh about 160, but i don't have much muscle. All of my fat is right around my stomach and where my 6-pack should be! I was wondering if i could possibly get some kind of dieting advice, your opinion is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

AnswerDear Stormie, My healthy eating advice would be to count calories for a few months. Try to stay within the 1500-1800 calorie range per day. This should allow you to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
