hi i was wondering if i eat 800 calories a day and workout will i be able to lose 50 by june 30 for my renoiun? if not how many pounds can i lose by then and how?

Dear Quita, You could lose that much eating 800 calories per day and working out. The problem is that 800 calories per day is considered a very low calorie diet. You should be under the care of a physician if you do decide to follow that type of diet. It's very hard to get all your vitamins and minerals eating that little food.
