I don't recommend food suppressants. If you are trying to lose weight or improve your health a much better way is to eat the right things on a regular basis - low glycemic, high fiber carbs, lean proteins and lots of fruits and vegetables.

You also need to add physical activity into the mix and make sure you get enough sleep. All of these will help your body run more efficiently and drive more energy to working muscles instead of fat storage.

Trying to fool your body into not eating is a short term approach.

Probably not the answer you are looking for but I assure you that this is a much healthier approach. I can not give you advice that I don't believe in.
