QuestionHi Susan, I am 47, 6', 138 pounds and a female. I have a problem with my diet. It really sucks. I eat once a day in the evening and I eat celery (I really do like it) and I might have some elk or deer meat for protein. My problem is I have a paunchy belly. I hate it and I'm so tired of this. I am trying to change. I've just started eating a vegetable for lunch and then my usual supper. I exercise at least 1 hour a day and most days I exercise anywhere from 2 - 4 hours. I use my stair stepper through out the day. I'm wondering if I make my diet better by eating either 3 times a day or maybe 5 mini meals a day will this paunchy belly go away. I want to be healthy and lean but I'm afraid of gaining weight. I see this paunch and it makes me exercise more and eat less. I know this is so wrong. If eating better will help this paunch go away how long will it take? I hope this made sense to you. Thank-you for your time.

AnswerHI Tracy,
If there is any refined sugar in your life, out with it. Many people who have tried everything, then try the sugar elemination and yeahaa!
Yoga, Pilates, lots of plain water.
Eat when you are hungry. Focus on the quality and the quantity takes care of itself.
Once a day dining for me would be way too stressful.
