Does drinking a lot of water help you lose weight? And is it safe to do stomach crunches and exercises while pregnant?

First I want to apologize for the delay in answering your question. My internet provider shut down for "routine maintenance" and knocked me off for 3 days!

If you are not properly hydrated, it will make it harder to lose weight, but there is no proof that drinking tons of water will create weight loss. If your urine is generally light yellow, you are probably well hydrated, if not try adding more water to your day.

There are a lot of variables to deal with when you are pregnant, but generally after the 4th month you shouldn't do any exercise in the supine (flat on your back) position. Check this link for more info
