Vitamin E in Natural Peanut Butter: What You Need to Know

hi, i recently bought all natural peanut butter and i noticed that on the label there was no vitam e- dont all peanut butters have vitamin e in them? the ingredients are just peanuts and salt.

They will only list Vitamin E as an ingredient if it is added in the production process- since Vitamin E is naturally occurring in Peanuts, they don't add it. Generally 2 tbs of peanut butter has about 14% of the RDA or 2.9 mg of vitamin E.
