Muscle Building Diet Plan for Vegetarians (with Eggs)

Hello Dr Simon,

I am Karan, from India, 24 years old, 5'11" tall, 71 Kg (156 lbs). I am into body building and have been working on gaining muscle mass. Can you suggest me a simple and effective diet. I am vegetarian however I don't mind eating eggs. I am currently eating 10 eggs a day.

How can I optimize my carbohydrate intake? How much fats do I need? Should I eat proteins and carbohydrates together?

Please make a diet based on eggs and any easily available source of carbohydrates. I am ready to eat any number of times a day.

Please answer me in detail.
