Understanding Dried Egg White Powder: Composition and Use

Thank you very much for your prompt answer to my question about corn.

and-egg-products/124/2  and tell me what the contents of: "Egg, white,
dried, powder, glucose reduced," mean.  Does it mean the yellow part of the
egg or just the white part of the egg?  Or both?
