QuestionI started exercising 6 days a week about 3 months ago. At first I could eat a lot more without gaing weight,in fact losing weight, now I diet to stay the same weight,but no loss of weight any more.
Haas my body now just adjusted to the extra exercise now,or what?
AnswerYes, your body can be adjusting to the new calorie-burning level you've started back a few months ago. There's also a phenomenon that the weight gain does not show up right away. So you may have been eating too much before but it's just starting to catch up with you and be reflected on the scale.
Back off a little on the calories ;)
Give it some time to let the scale catch up again and show the loss.
It will come in time.
