Early Pregnancy Signs: What to Expect After Conception

I am trying to have a baby, I resently had sex with my partner and I am pretty sure that I have conceived, but I am unable to test for another week and a half.  

My questions is this, how long after conception will you start to notice changes in your body and also I am feeling like twinges in my lower abdomen not really cramps it different then mensteral cramps. Could this be a sign of pregnancy as well.

If there is anything that I could read or even go to and look up different things about pregnancy would be greatly appricated.

Some women will have symptoms (or think they do) VERY soon.  Just days after conception.  
Other women never have any, only knowing they are pregnant because they miss a period.
Pregnacy is different for EVERY woman.  Good luck to you.
