Salicylic Acid & Pregnancy: Is it Safe?

I've been occasionally using Clinique Turnaround overnight radiance moisturizer.  I'm 14 weeks pregnant. I looked up the ingredient list today.  There are no medicinal ingredient listed.  In the middle of the no medicinal ingredients they list salicylic acid.  I'm worried I've caused harm to my baby.  Does being listed part way through the non medicinal ingredient list mean that it isn't present in a large enough amount to cause damage or should I be worried?

Salicylic acid is a common OTC ingredient that helps to slough off the outer layer of (dead) skin cells. I doubt that this ingredient has been absorbed, or that it would cause any harm, but just to double check, ask your dr. at your next prenatal appointment.
