Answer
Can high testosterone levels in women prevent pregnancy? yes it does
Endometrial polyp, I wanted to get a second opinion on this, Does it interfere in pregnancy? yes it does. you might have miscarriage and other situations.

treat it first and try after. The majority of cases of endometrial polyps are cured by thorough curettage. This technique, which involves removing the endometrial lining of the uterus, is especially successful in the post-menopausal age group. However, removal of polyps or other structural abnormalities may be missed by blind curettage, therefore, hysteroscopic-guided curettage is often useful.

Endometrial polyps are localized overgrowths of the endometrium (innermost uterine layer) that project into the uterine cavity. Such polyps may be sessile (broad-based) or pedunculated (on a narrow stalk) and rarely include areas of neoplastic (benign or malignant) growth. Specifically, adenomatous hyperplasia (benign growth of the endometrium) and endometrial adenocarcinomas (malignant tumors of the glandular component of the endometrium), have been reported in only 0.6% of cases of endometrial polyps.

Testosterone is made not only in the testes of men but also in the ovaries of women and in the adrenal glands of both men and women.

Abnormally high testosterone levels in women can lead to a variety of symptoms. Most often, women with high testosterone levels develop male pattern hair growth (hirsutism), especially on their faces and chests. More rarely and over time, some women may experience virilization, which is increased muscle mass, redistribution of body fat, enlargement of the clitoris, deepening of the voice, male pattern baldness, acne, and/or increased perspiration. It is important to note that some women develop hirsutism without having a high testosterone level.
One study reported that women with the highest levels of testosterone were twice as likely to develop breast cancer as those with the lowest levels. [Journal of the National Cancer Institute, 17th April 2002]
When testosterone levels are very elevated, ovarian cancer can be a concern. Low estrogens allow the circulating androgens and testosterone to be more freely available and thus stimulate cells more. Increasing the circulating estrogen in the blood by taking estrogens will increase the proteins that bind the androgens and help decrease the effects of all androgens, whether the levels are normal or excessive.
Increased testosterone levels in women are most often caused by polycystic ovaries in this case hard to conceive unless hormones are given , with the risk of having triplet or more

so treat it first wait few months better 6 , and try again and if high testosterone find the cause first treat it.

Hope this answers your question
Thanks
