Shrimp and Cholesterol: What You Need to Know

Question
Hi Dr Aukerman,
I'm on diet. I was told that fat, red meat, egg and LOBSTER have cholesterol. How about SHRIMP? I have many shrimp sauce bottles with labels written 0% cholesterol. Is it correct?
Is there any website showing list of food with % of cholesterol and sat. fat?
Thanks a lot for your help.
