Fenugreek and Breast Enhancement: Separating Fact from Fiction

I've heard that fenugreek can be used for natural breast enhancement. Is this true? If so, is the increase only due to water retention (which would be seen all over the body) or does it really increase the size of breast cells? Thank you!

Hey June! Although medications, diets, exercises, etc. are highly advertised to enhance breast size and tone, none of them work. The only way to increase the size of your breasts is to undergo plastic surgery. Sorry! I hope I helped and good luck!
