I'm not 100% sure what you're asking. A man's nipple is practically identical to a woman's other than the fact that it does not have a passage through which milk can flow.
A nipple is a thick gathering of skin, usually darker than the area around it. It's usually wrinkly and hard when cold or aroused. Men's and womens nipples work the same way. They can stretch a fairly large amount equally.
Still, I don't know what context you are looking for this information in. Are you concerned about weight gain? If so, don't be, nipples won't break or tear or become too tight...I can't think of another way they could be stretched on a man other than intentionally such as piercings and hangings.
