I'm a man having O+ blood group. Is it any wrong in marrying a rh -ve women?

This is not a problem at all.  You would need to be vigilant during pregnancy and delivery, because there could be problems if the baby was Rh+.  However, this is a situation that is commonly treated by giving Rh factor to the mother during pregnancy, and generally it is not a problem.
