Implanon & Women's Lacrosse: Impact on Performance & Safety

I play the goalie in womens lacrosse in my high school, and i am getting the Implanon inserted tomorrrow. Will i be able to participate in my practices?

I'm so sorry, I just got your question. What happened with your situation? I would have recommended not getting the implanon. I have heard of many side effects from this and risks to your future health. I will do some research but I'm wondering how long the implanon is effective and when you can get it out.
