IMHO, most of the answers to each are pretty much self-explanatory:
chair/stool is used to save your back and rest while providing massage at least at either end of the table to client's head, neck, shoulders & feet. Also while working hands at side of table.
large & small towels for whatever makes client feel comfortable, to clean hands and to wrap bolsters in.
massage gel - as lubricant during session by itself or with oil/ lotion. Don't know massage envision.
Don't know what surgical spirits means or applies to.
Not sure about Vaseline either.
Cosmetic cleansing preparations - unless you are describing anti-bacterial soft soap, don't know how this would apply to a massage session...unless therapist is also an esthetician.
