Bee Hairs: How Bees Use Setae for Pollen Collection, Cleaning & Sensing

Bees don't have hair! They have a fuzzy body covered in tiny hairs called setae. They use these setae for a variety of things:

* Collecting pollen: The setae on their legs and abdomen are sticky and help them collect pollen from flowers.

* Cleaning: They use their legs to brush and clean their bodies, removing pollen and other debris.

* Sensing: Some setae are sensitive to touch and help them navigate and sense their surroundings.

So, they don't brush their hair with anything, but they do use their setae to keep themselves clean and collect pollen!
