Milk wash: Washing your face with chilled milk is relaxing and soothing to the tired face. After coming from outside, just let the sweat dry. Then wash your face with water and then massage the face with milk for about 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and pat dry. This will leave the skin moisturised and clean.

Cleansing milk: Instead of using chemical based cleansing milk, dab a cotton ball in milk and wipe of your face. You can clearly see dirt on the cotton ball. Change the cotton balls and wipe throughout the face and neck. Massage with milk for 2-3 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Follow up with a mild face wash to get a glowing, clean and shiny face.

Milk and honey: Summer skin care regime must include honey. Mix milk and honey and massage on the face and neck for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Honey fights infections, acne and keeps the skin soft. You can apply this every day to care for your skin during summers.
