Skin is the most important thing  that we all want to take care of as it is very much noticeable, and then you notice a change in skin type. No need to worry, this can be understood in this article, the reasons for the change and how you can identify skin type.

AGE :

STRESS :

Well, at a certain point we all feel stressed out, this affects our skin as there is more production of oil in the oil glands and this maybe the reason for change in skin type .So relax as much as you can.

POLLUTION :

Pollution a problem for everybody, air pollution is a major factor for all of us as we have to go out every day and there is no way the pollution can be reduced so.. This is the main reason. Use sunscreen and cover your face as much as you can.

HORMONES :

Even the change in hormones can change your skin type. This should be consulted for sure.

SMOKING AND DRINKING ALCOHOL:

Excessive drinking and smoking will change the skin type. So reduce both.

PREGNENCY :

During pregnancy the skin type tends to change for which the doctor provides medication .The good news is that most of these skin conditions improve after your baby is born.

DIET :

Excessive diet tends to make the skin lose its glow and changes it. Increase the intake of green vegetables and fruits for a healthy skin.

HEALTH PROBLEM :

During health problem like diabetes and other such problems, skin type may change so regular visits to the doctor are advised.

EXERCISE :

This is the one thing that most of the modern women are taking care of as this affects the skin in a much greater way making it glow and keeping it fresh as it increases the circulation, so if your skin feels dull start exercising.


And the best way to identify your skin type is to do a simple test which is as follows –

Wash your face with a mild cleanser and pat dry. Just touch your face when you wake up the following morning. Now press a tissue on the face and you can see visually whether your skin is oily or not.

  • Oily Skin– If skin is oily, especially in T-zone, then your’s is an oily skin.
  • Normal Skin– If skin is normal and seems to neither too oily or too dry, then your’s is a normal skin.
  • Dry skin– If skin seems to be dry or flaky, then your’s is a dry skin.
