1. Get started with scrubbing your lips. This helps you to get rid of any flaky skin and preps your lips for the art
2. A great lip scrub is sugar + honey. Just mix and slowly scrub all the dead cells away.
3. Wipe your lips and pat on some lip balm.
4. Let it sink in.
5. Apply a primer to completely cover your lips.

7. Apply it properly so as to leave no uncovered spots.
8. Now comes the lipstick part.
9. Take the lipstick color of your choice and apply it on the primer covered lips.
10. Apply it dark and thick enough.
11. Clean the edges with a lip brush.
12. Blot away excess of the lipstick.
13. Re-apply.
14. This little trick will make your lipstick last longer.
15. Now comes the rhinestone fun.
16. You can use the rhinestones that are used for nail art too.
17. Just make sure they are not too tiny, you don’t want to swallow them.
18. Pour some glue on your palm or an easily accessible place.
19. Keep the rhinestones ready.
20. Dip the damp cotton bud into the glue and pick the rhinestone.
21. Place it on your lip.
22. Apply little pressure to make it stick.
23. Continue the procedure until you have reached your desired level of jeweled lips.
24. Let them sit for a while to stick tight.
25. Wait till you are sure that they won’t fall.
26. Don’t pull the lip gloss applicator across the lips, just dab it on all over covering little spaces at a time!
