Remove from heat and enable the oil to cool before straining out the flowers. Store in a container or lidded pot and used in host to baby oil. This mixture is fantastic for soothing skin problems or problems including eczema, and for calming your infant after a bath.
Soothing Child Powder
Do you realize that some baby powders include talc, which is closely associated with asbestos, which is associated with various kinds of cancers! Eek!! Why on earth can you put that on the underside of your precious little one? Or your self for example! Please don’t- especially when there are organic alternatives that are SUPER easy to generate and don’t leave you at an increased risk for harmful side effects. Ingredients:
�3 cups Arrowroot Powder
�6 teaspoon Chamomile or Calendula powder
Things to do:
Powder the chamomile or calendula by grinding the dried flower petals in a food processor until a smooth, fine texture is reached. Sift the Arrowroot powder with the calendula or lavender ( whatever you’ve made a decision to use) with a kitchen sifter ( found in the baking section ) and shop in a glass jar or sugar shaker. Use as you would regular baby powder and feel-good about the products you’re putting on your baby’s painful and sensitive skin, and on your own personal skin!
