Do not open your phone book even before you open your eyes. If even you missed some calls while you were 'busy' sleeping, it is alright. Take some time to relax in the morning before you get into stressful situations.

Never gobble up your breakfast or have breakfast as you travel. You must first drink several glasses of water and then wait for 30 minutes. Have a seated breakfast and then move on to leave for work or office.
