Take a Warm Bath: As weird as it sounds, this is a terrific natural cure for fever. You fill the tub with some lukewarm water and just pile yourself into it. After sometime you will feel fresh and the fever would begin to dull down gradually.
Sponge Therapy: Interestingly, sponge therapy is one of the most popular ways of bringing down fever naturally. Wet sponge in a bowl of cold water and place it on the hot parts of your body like the feet and forehead. Repeat it several times. It brings down fever in no time around.
Lower the Temperature: Keep the room temperature slightly low. This would keep the room cool and make your body comfortable in the newly lowered temperature. You can use a fan to provide you with a cool temperature.
