  4. Let the noni fruit ferment for about six to eight weeks. Keep the jar well sealed. The juice will darken in colour with time.
  5. After six weeks, you can remove the sediment by using a filter. You can also use cheesecloth or paint strainer to make sure the sediment is separated from the noni juice.
  6. Next, you will have to pasteurize the juice. Place the jar carefully into a pot full of boiling water. The juice should boil for about 30 minutes.
  7. Test the pH of the juice later. A litmus paper should be used. Make sure the pH level isn’t higher than 3.5.
  8. Now seal the jar and place it in the fridge. This will ensure the juice is fresh enough for regular consumption. Also, make sure you drain the leftover noni juice every two years. The point is to keep your supply as fresh as possible.
