2. Skin Irritation:

  • Eat more protein such as chicken, fish, cottage cheese and yoghurt.
  • Take 20 minute power naps in the afternoon to feel fresh.

5. Abdominal Pain:

Abdominal Pain is characterized by stomach pain, especially ones felt in the pelvic region. This is one of the most common side effects of lemon balm which occurs when you consume too much of lemon balm. However this situation is never permanent. You can always treat it at home.

How To Treat This?

  • Drink a cup of chamomile tea. This will make you feel relaxed and reduce abdominal pain significantly.
  • Use a hot pack at home. A warm bottle of water will also do.
  • Drink warm rice water with a bit of honey.
  • Try some peppermint tea. You could also try other drinks made of peppermint. It will help you digest properly.
