Eating fish helps you ward off diseases such as asthma, cardiovascular, diabetes, depression, dementia and inflammatory conditions. A regular diet of fish is helpful in maintaining a good eyesight. It is also found to be very beneficial for the brain.

The fish that you eat could be a sea fish or a river fish. Sea fish is said to be healthier due to the significant presence of omega 3 fatty acids and good protein content. Here are some healthy ways to eat fish.

Sandwich

A sandwich is always filling. Make the stuffing with fillets. Sandwich it between good quality whole wheat bread along with some greens and you have a very healthy meal ready for yourself. You can have it instantly or carry it to work.

Salad
