There are also some foods that trigger headaches. These foods that cause headaches are not uniform; as in they do not cause headaches in everyone across the board.

Most foods that trigger headaches do so for a particular category of people. We all have our different set of triggers for headaches. Some people get headaches by eating cheese and others suffer from shooting pains in the head after munching on some chocolates. The causes of headaches keeps differing from person to person.

Old Cheese

Alcohol

MSG
