Method:

  1. Take a saucepan and place eggs in it.
  2. Cover the eggs with cold water and boil the water.

  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 dill pickles, chopped finely
  • 1 pound shrimp or Crawfish, chopped

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp red cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp poupon mustard

Method:

  1. The first step is to cook the crawfish. For this take a saucepan and add 2 quarts of water.
  2. Boil the water and add ½ tsp red pepper and 2 tsp salt.
  3. Peel the crawfish tails and add them to this hot, seasoned water.

  • 8 ounces bacon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 celery stalks, minced

  • 1 ½ cup tsp dill weed, dried
  • 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce

Method:

  1. Take a large skillet and put it on medium heat.
  2. Place bacon in the skillet and let it cook. Turn the bacon once in a while so that they become crispy, say for about 10 minutes.
  3. Take out the slices of bacon on a paper towel.
  4. Let the slices cool and then crumble.
  5. Take a large bowl and mix celery, onion, mayo, chili-garlic sauce, mustard, crumbled bacon, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, dried dill weed and salt.
  6. Add eggs and break the yolks and the egg whites with the help of a potato masher so that the eggs mix properly with the bacon mixture.
