The simplest advice on developing good eating habits is:  

1. Stop eating junk food, sodas, sugar and sweets, white bread, potato, white rice, and pasta.

2. Eat more vegetables, fish, poultry, oils, nuts, and seeds.

3. Exercise more, specifically do mo strength exercises.
