Creatine & Protein: Best Timing & Mixing for Workout Performance

Dear Sir,

I am using Creatine Monohydrate Powder and Lean Protein Powder for the better performance in my Worouts in GYM.

I want to ask that can I mix both the powders and take dosage 1 hour before my workout or should I take Creatine Monohydrate and Protein Powder seperately.

And what is the best time to take these supplements.

I see no problem with mixing the two together. Just make sure that you keep the liquid/dry ingredient ration the same. Some powders require a certain amount of liquid to activate their ingredients. Taking these 1 hour prior to a workour sounds like a reasonable plan.
