Increased Water Intake & Bladder Frequency: What to Expect
QuestionThis may not be something you can answer but I have recently begun drinkin much more water per day because I was aware that I wasn't drinking enough. Does the bladder become used to the increased amount of liquid or do you just have to urinate more frequently for ever?
AnswerKate,
I don't know the technical answer to this question but I do know that when I first start working with my clients I get them drinking more water and they do have to urinate more frequently. However, it seems as their body gets used to the increased water intake that slows down. Just my experience with it.
Hope that helps!
